Your role:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join us as Quality Control Support Manager for our plant in Yancheng, Jiangsu.

As Quality Control Support Manager, you lead the day-to-day Quality Control Support activities to ensure that they are performed in accordance with company standards.

In coordination with production, supply chain and quality assurance you ensure the sampling of incoming goods, manufactured products, water and environment. You also ensure the testing and release of secondary packaging as well as external laboratory analysis management.

You manage a team of people who are passionate about their job and eager to develop in a context of growth and changes.

Your profile:

5 years' experience in QC. Microbiology knowledge is a plus.

Strong experience as supervisor/manager 

Good team player

Sound awareness of pharmaceutical business

Experience in process improvement

Demonstrated success in positions that interact with other departments

Demonstrated ability to use computer and project management systems
